If paid in full by anniversary date, $100 credit will be applied. Payments can be made semi-annually or quarterly by check, cash or credit card. Monthly payments can be made with credit card information on file for automatic payment by Clerbrook. Late fees will be applied for any payments made after the 6th of the month. Background checks must be done for new annuals and those annuals that wish to change sites. The cost is the responsibility of the resident. Rent includes site, water, sewer and use of facilities.
