MONTHLY PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE WITH CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT BY CLERBROOK. LATE FEES WILL BE APPLIED FOR ANY PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE 6TH OF THE MONTH. BACKGROUND CHECKS MUST BE DONE FOR NEW ANNUALS AND THOSE ANNUALS THAT WISH TO CHANGE SITES. THE COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESIDENT. RENT INCLUDES SITE, WATER, SEWER AND USE OF FACILITIES. |

All rates are based on up to two guests per site. Additional guests are $5 per person per day.

New Guests:

*Returning loyal guests with a returning reservation within one
calendar year of current reservation and are in good financial
standing with ELS. |

Deposit Payment: The method of deposits is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable. |

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
|
• No Show - Refund will not be granted
• Short Term - Daily or Weekly
º Full refund of deposit 48 hours prior to arrival.
º No refund of canceled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Long Term - One month or longer
º 90-days prior to start date - Full refund of deposit minus 10% of total reservation amount.
º 60-days prior to start date - Refund of 50% of total amount paid.
º Less than 60-days prior to start date - No refund. Amount may be credited one time to a future reservation within one-year of original reservation date or forfeited.
• Early Departure: - If a stay is shorter than the original reservation and less the one month no refund will be given. If one month or longer the rate will be adjusted to the appropiate rate type (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.); Credit of the unused portion of the payment minus $150.00 administrative fee will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date or fortfeited.

*Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an exception basis at the Regional level.
